Description of Activities

Often the first point of call for customers, our customer service team are there to make sure that every service job runs smoothly - on time, every time.

In addition to service planning, different customer service representatives handle different tasks, including:

Responding to customer enquiries
Providing quotations for products and services
Ensuring customer data is up to date
Processing customer feedback and resolving issues
