Description of activities
Our Human Resources (HR) department is there to ensure that Motivair continues to employ the right people and to provide training opportunities to all staff in order to help develop skills throughout the business.
Working in alignment with the objectives of the business, the HR team's core activites include:
- Development and communication of policies and procedures
- Promoting equality and diversity within the organisation
- Managing the recruitment process
- Providing advice to employees on general employment issues
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Identifying training needs and providing solutions accordingly
Type of person required
As a multi-tasking resource, the HR team is often required to change it's priorities at short notice, dealing with an employee's personal issues one minute and developing a personnel strategy for acquisitions the next.
