Our external sales team play a key role in developing and and growing the relationship between Motivair and it's customers, whether through face-to-face meetings or over the phone.

Operating at both the national sector level and the individual account level, core activities include:

Managing the relationship within assigned sectors or accounts
Expanding the number of active customers
Increasing the sales and profits from the agreed customer base
Contributing to the development and implementation of company strategies

Type of person required

Motivair is the UK's largest national compressed air service provider, dealing with a wide variety of customers which range from small engineering businesses through to large international corporations.  As the face of the business, our external sales team take the lead in maintaining and developing relationships across the customer base.

Key skills include:

Friendly, positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong organisational skills
Desire to develop an in-depth understanding of their customer base
